Vantage nears Aquamarine spinoff

Houston-based offshore drilling contractor Vantage Drilling Company is one step closer to spinning out jack-up rig Aquamarine Driller to subsidiary Offshore Group Investment (OGI) following the closure of OGI’s $225 million notes offering.
